Strategy board games

There are many strategy board games, and you can get them for both young players and adult players. Some of the most popular strategy games revolve around military operations. There are also games that include some strategy, but don’t require a lot of it.

For kids just starting to learn strategy games, there are games that require some thinking ahead and decision making that they can play. This way they get the hang of it, but there isn’t so much of it that it overwhelms them. Monopoly is a game that has some strategy, and there are different versions for younger players.

For more advanced players there are very popular games such as Risk that rely heavily on the player’s ability to plan. This is a war game of sorts, but there are many other strategy games that have much less to do with invading. Some games revolve around being the best trader, or building a civilization. There are also some that do not have storylines like this, but are more mathematical in nature.
