Risk board game

The Risk board game has been very popular ever since its release in 1959. It is considered to be a “light war game” because while it isn’t very detailed or accurate, the objective is to take over the world. Risk followed in the footsteps of other war board games, and has inspired many other board, card, and computer games.

Many versions of the Risk board game have been brought out over the years. Some focused on certain areas of the world. Others followed very different themes, such as Risk 2210 AD. In this version of the game, players can conquer the moon and underwater realms as well.

Some of the most popular Risk board game versions that have come out in recently are those with movie themes. The Lord of the Rings edition that featured Middle Earth and the Star Wars edition both saw huge sales. More versions of Risk are being released and played every year.
